Ground-breaking project delivery, local talent

We deliver all size of capex projects, from existing buildings to large-scale greenfield projects. We take in consideration how important near-shore is for our customers and more importantly for our people and strive to be as local as possible.

Therefore we’ve also developed a network of offices across the D-A-CH region and in the UK, bringing local subject matter expertise to clients when they need it most.

Our people are at the heart of what we do

Our culture is characterised by innovative thinking, an openness to new ideas and a strong team spirit. Internally, we operate in a transparent and genuinely open way – management regularly meet with staff and employees are encouraged to feedback and offer their ideas as they feel comfortable to do so.

We ensure that company information is shared across a number of channels – from department meetings to newsletters and social media. We also have a history of celebrating our successes socially – our get togethers are popular events, where people get to relax and meet colleagues from across the offices.

Ahead of the curve

As an engineer, a designer, or a project manager, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and apply these to some of the industry’s most exciting projects. Each project is different to the next. We work with a variety of clients at different locations; this brings new perspectives - on production methods, requirements and working environments as well as to our people.

If you’re looking to continuously develop and want to be at the heart of ground-breaking project delivery, you’re in the right place with us.
